As Service Admin Clerk, your role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to our technical team in order to ensure smooth operations of projects and achievement of departmental and organisational goals.

All duties should be performed aligned to ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System for the area of responsibility.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

As our HVAC Project Administrator, you will:

Oversight and management of the following key areas:

• Assist with administrative duties for the Projects Department
• Ensure that all reporting and administration is kept up to date
• Attend departmental meetings and take minutes when required
• Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient, effective functioning of the work unit and successful completion which will be required from time to time
• Capturing of work orders and raising purchase orders for the technical team
• Assist with administrative duties as assigned by the technical team.
• Generating customer quotations whilst adhering to turnaround time
• Participate in maintaining the quality management system
• Order requisitions

General office assistance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

Experience:

• 1–2 years working Experience in an administrative role
• Business Diploma / Qualification beneficial

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric (Mandatory)
  
• Certificate / Diploma in Project Management
