Are you a data-driven marketing professional who thrives on structure, systems, and insight?

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Administrator to develop, take ownership of our marketing databases, CRM platforms, and business development support activities. This role is ideal for someone who understands that marketing success starts with clean data, strong systems, and actionable insight.

 

This is not a junior or trainee role. We’re looking for someone who brings immediate value through experience with CRM platforms and marketing operations.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Administer and manage CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp etc.
  • Maintain accurate, structured marketing and prospect databases.
  • Identify and research new potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Develop and upload marketing information and content onto CRM systems.
  • Compile and distribute monthly newsletters.
  • Support Business Development by preparing leads, data insights, and setting up meetings.
  • Assist regional marketing initiatives (KZN and Gauteng).
  • Prepare and submit monthly marketing and CRM reports to management.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or business development support.
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms and marketing databases.

 

Qualifications

  • Matric (essential).
  • Marketing, Business, or Communications qualification (advantageous).
  • Valid Driver's License
